			Büro
			Our design & application engineering team’s primary concern is to learn and understand our customer’s functional objectives. We assist in refining their design parameters. MEWASA offers many years of specific knowledge to fully support our customer’s during their design and prototype stages as well as full application support services during the production phase of their unique components and assemblies.

			Membranlager
			Inventory of the raw materials, semi-manufactured and finished parts are stored in Paternoster Lifts. Utilzing this space savings technology, we are able to ensure shorter delivery times for our diapragm bellows. MEWASA maintains a large in-house inventory of various diameter sizes of bellows and we further maintain stock of the stainless steel plates in 316L, AM350 etc. in different material thicknesses.

			Montage
			Assembly of the Mewasa manufactured parts combined with outside sub-supplier’s components to manufacture and assemble final parts for various industries including vacuum, medical, aerospace,emerging energy, semi-conductor and others.

			Produkteprüfung
			100% helium test for leaks < 1x10E-9 mbarl/sec Certificates provided as required by customer.

			Reinigung
			All vacuum components, flanges, end pieces and diaphragm bellows will be cleaned in a 3-step ultrasonic-cleaning-bath and completely dried.

			Spedition
			In our shipping department, the finished parts and assemblies are carefully and properly packaged with the necessary documents for the delivery are prepared. We ship to more than thirty countries throughout the world.

			Balg Schweisserei
			Micro-plasma welding capability of 0.05mm – 0.30mm sheet thickness ID and OD welding utilizing precision automated microplasma welding methods. Welding of end pieces and standard flange according to customer specifications 100% of manufactured parts are tested.
