- MEWASA AG - Creates a United States Subsidiary Corporation
As of April 21st. 2008 – We are pleased to announce that the MEWASA AG, Board of Directors approved the creation of our United States wholly owned subsidiary Corporation, MEWASA North America, Inc.
Our subsidiary corporation is filed on record as an Arizona Corporation. Meinrad Gartmann, CEO of our Parent Company was elected to serve as the President of our US Subsidiary Corporation.
Ira Miller was elected by the Board to serve as the Vice President / General Manager for the US Corporation.
For our United States customers that mandate their suppliers to be US Corporations; we are pleased to be able to fulfill this important legal and procurement criteria. We now provide the ability to ship manufactured goods FOB USA.
The formation of our US Corporation securely positions MEWASA to better serve the needs of our North American customers.
